formed under the laws of Illinois, USA in 2012. The headquarters of Evoluzn Inc. is located in Schaumburg,
Illinois, USA, and operates internationally via its In-Country Support Offices.

was formed by a highly experienced team of engineers with diverse fields of expertise in wireless and
wired broadband technologies such as LTE (4G), 3G (HSUPA, HSPA+, etc), CDMA, GSM, and Cable access
technologies. We are passionate about devices design and development and believe in evolving the existing
concepts for broader market reach and being socially responsible.
In 2019, the company began
venturing into the IoT and Renewable Energy industry through establishing its very own Research and
Development in India focusing in Smart Home and Energy Measuring devices. The goal is to be able to offer
solutions that can deliver a unique experience, value, and intelligence- a step forward from the basic
Remote Switching capability that most Smart Devices offer nowadays.

located in the USA (HQ), Thailand, India, and the Philippines.
